Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Elo.Academy is committed to handling your data responsibly. This short policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide it, your display name. If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple), we receive only your name and email address — nothing else. As you use the product we record which exercises you've completed, which openings you've liked, and which openings or exercises you've favorited. That's it.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the product: keeping you signed in, showing your progress, letting you resume where you left off, and displaying your favorites and liked content. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send you marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

How we protect it

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled so that your rows can only be read or modified by you. Sessions are held in HTTP-only cookies and transit is encrypted end-to-end over TLS.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please submit a request at elo.academy/user-data-deletion-request. We'll process your request within 30 days and email you once it's complete.

Questions about this policy can be sent through the deletion request form above — we monitor it for all privacy-related inquiries, not just deletions.
